This video gently guides you to awaken to a deeper awareness: that your life is not something to wait on—it is something to live. In every breath, in every moment, you are given the opportunity to choose… to move from fear into love, from surviving into truly living.
You are here. And that matters more than you may realize.

You are the authority in your life; despite what you have been conditioned to believe; as such you always have a choice. You can choose to value the life you were gifted so you can live joyously in a life you desire; or you can continue on living by default which is why you do
not wake up everyday feeling good and excited about what is about to unfold.<br>
We simply never know how much time we really have. In any given moment,
you might just stop breathing. This is not to create fear in you; it is to awaken awareness in you. It is important to realize all those dreams or plans you continue to delay for one reason or another; are truly put off because you have not yet realized the full value of the gift of your life.
Many of us spend far too much time demanding a guaranteed outcome before you will make any commitment to go anywhere or do anything that exceeds the boundaries of our comfort zone.
“Next time you decide to save something for a special occasion, just remember--you're
alive. That alone is a special occasion.”
The problem is; when you delay your dreams or plans and shelf yourself, you end up only experiencing a dull existence; rather than fully enjoying a vibrant, jubilant life!
Despite all your rational, you are doing nothing more than risking never realizing any of your
dreams or plans at all.
The value of the gift of life is where you gain the freedom to be you in any given moment. It is the liberation to fully express the adventurous you... not later but NOW! Permitting yourself the
freedom to express the truth of you supports the preciousness of who you truly are; while honoring your life with the value it deserves.

Far too often we simply only survive; our logic is most often filled with the “later” rather than the now. We convince ourselves we have plenty of time thinking we will get to it eventually. We
make excuses regarding when we have more time, more money, or more companionship is when we will do it; whatever it is. There always seems to be something or someone that needs to come first before we permit ourselves to proceed.
We have all heard the stories about the guy or gal who waited all their lives to take the vacation and passed of a heart attack days or weeks following their retirement. Or those that would not spend an extra dime throughout their lives and either don’t live long enough to enjoy it or end up spending it on some disease of the old. There are also many who wait on another before being brave enough to move forward; instead of just following your dreams with or without their approval.
Holding back while you wait for some falsely perceived perfect condition is like putting the
cart before the horse. In doing so, you will never get anywhere, because the horse simply cannot get around the cart and the cart is not budging without the horse to lead it. Holding back is fearful behavior where you make excuses for what you are afraid to say or do. You engage in this unhealthy stagnating behavior because you truly fear some personal loss will occur; as a result of your choices.
Too often we recklessly toss the preciousness of our lives aside, in pursuit of some perceived obligation. When we “shelf the self” we dishonor who; we are. We add insult to injury and continue to wound and damage our chance of having a fulfilling existence. When we choose strife over life, engaging in the what ifs ands, butts or should; we are simply succumbing
to fear rather than choosing to participate in life. Then we are stuck in a hell where we can only focus on survival rather where we mentally and emotionally torture ourselves.
We continually engage in this unhealthy, unloving ego serving behavior, rather than appreciating and valuing the gift of life.
Why not thrive rather than just survive, no matter how long or short it may be. Why not have a great life rather than just take up space?
You can be like the child who playfully bounces through life; feeling wonder and
awe; without insult, injury or harm to others because it will not inflict insult, injury or harm by ignoring or denying itself.
You are not here on earth simply to take up space and encounter negative people or situations. You do not have to wait for anything to happen first before you start to live in the gift of your life. You can soar on the wings of freedom where you are unafraid to live, unafraid to love and
unafraid to express your undeniable lust for the preciousness of the gift of the life that has been bestowed upon you.
This is mindful, conscious living; so you realize and live your fullest potential. It is time to discard the old behavior of ducking and dodging your dreams or plans, by denying
yourself an awesome life.
Step 2 - Part 2A Somatic Practice - Awareness of Aliveness
“I am here”
This gentle somatic practice guides you into the simplest and most powerful truth… you are here.
Without needing to fix anything or change how you feel, you are invited to slow down, connect with your breath, and become aware of the life already moving through you. Even in moments of discomfort, tension, or uncertainty, your body continues to breathe… to support you… to keep you here.
As you move out of the fear-based patterns of the Meaningless Mess and begin engaging your Magical Manifestor, you will reconnect with the quiet presence of your Mindful Magnificent Me—the part of you that knows your life has value simply because you exist.
This is where it begins… not in doing more, but in noticing what already is.
Step 2 - Part 2B Somatic Practice Reconnection to Self 528 HZ
“My life has value… as it is”
In this practice, you are gently guided to reconnect with yourself—not to fix, change, or improve, but simply to be with who you are in this moment.
Through soft somatic awareness and compassionate self-contact, you begin to notice where you may have been holding tension, judgment, or the belief that something is wrong with you. These are the quiet patterns of the Meaningless Mess.
As you engage your Magical Manifestor, you meet yourself with kindness, patience, and understanding, allowing space for a deeper truth to emerge—the presence of your Mindful Magnificent Me, the part of you that knows you are worthy, not because of what you do, but because you are here.
This is where self-reconnection begins… in acceptance, in gentleness, and in the willingness to stay.
Step 2 - Part 2C Somatic Practice Engagement With Life 639 HZ
“I choose to live”
This practice invites you to gently re-enter your life—not through force or pressure, but through simple awareness and participation in the moment.
By noticing small sensations, sounds, or experiences around you, you begin to shift out of the disconnection of the Meaningless Mess and into a quiet engagement with life as it is.
As your Magical Manifestor comes into motion, you rediscover your ability to choose—to be present, to notice, and to participate, even in small ways. From here, the energy of your Mindful Magnificent Me begins to emerge, bringing with it a sense of openness, curiosity, and trust.
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
